Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Abingdon
Salary: 10ph -15ph all depending on experience

Accounts payable assistant urgently required for a client based in Abingdon , My client a global and well known brand are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant for a minimum period of 6 months . The role offers flexible working and a excellent team culture and environment as well as a structured and tailored induction ;programme .

• Enter all third-party invoices onto the system in a timely manner
• Answer supplier queries in a prompt and efficient manner
• Assist and perform supplier statement reconciliation as and when required
• Facilitate AP Month end closing within the deadline
• Remittance and balance confirmation request from suppliers
• Provide holiday cover for others in the AP team and Accounts team as required
• Any other tasks required by Accounts Payable Manager
• Adhoc Tasks SKILLS, BEHAVIOURS & EXPERIENCE:
• SAP purchase ledger system experience required
• Microsoft Office experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills is a must
• GCSE Standard including grade C or above in Maths and English
• General accounts experience desired
