£40,000 – £45,000 DOE

Profile

For this role, you must have:

• Solid experience as Credit Manager
• Ideally ICM qualified
• Knowledge of credit insurance policies including mechanics and rules
• Confident dealing with escalated aged debt and the legal collections process
• Awareness and experience of issuing Pre Action protocols
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to achieve set targets
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
