HR Administrator Apprentice
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, 5 hours study allowance
Salary: £6.45 per hour
Responsible to: Vetting and Compliance Manager
Location: Keighley (East Morton Office)
We are a fast growing, ambitious, forward thinking recruitment agency that was set up in 2018 with a foundation of honesty and integrity. Over the last two years we have seen exponential growth and are now a diverse team of 26 staff and have branched out to offices in Bristol and Manchester.
We place candidates into temporary and permanent contracts all over the UK; we are then required to complete onboarding and compliance checks for every candidate. The checks we undertake are stringent and thorough to ensure each applicant is ready for work.
The apprenticeship is an externally accredited HR Administration program with Leeds City College, the program is usually accompanied by 18 months of study. You will be joining our compliance team who will give hands on training and support throughout your apprenticeship. In this role you will be encouraged to use your own initiative to implement new procedures, improve current processes and develop yourself.
On a daily basis you will be expected to complete tasks such as data entry, ensure pre-employment checks are completed in accordance with company and client policies, registering candidates, liaising with applicants and clients, taking inbound calls, creating and distributing contracts, supporting consultants and maintaining accurate administration of our recruitment system.
