Formulate Associates are recruiting on behalf of a healthcare provider with multiple sites across Bristol and surrounding area. Having grown steadily over the last 3 years, recruiting the right positions at the right time. They have now developed the business further and have decided there is the requirement for a formal HR team to be developed where historically the owners have handled things themselves.
There is a requirement now for a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Manager to start with the business to develop the policies and procedures in a formal manner. Additionally, there is a junior HR Coordinator who has been with the business for a few years in an Operations capacity who they would like to be upskilled by the new HR Manager and form a working team dynamic.
As mentioned, this is a newly-created role into a business that has not had an HR Department previously. The owners have been handling HR with the support of an Operations Administrator so are now looking to make positive and structured changes to their way of working.
Reporting into the Co-Owners and working closely alongside the Operations Director, this HR Manager position is offering a salary of £32,200 – £39,400 depending on experience. Additionally, there is a pension package in place, and private healthcare. Any services provided by the clinics is also FOC for the employees.
